Every PUFA pair is handcrafted after you place your order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your shoes to be made before dispatch.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery across India takes 3–5 business days. Express options may be available on request via WhatsApp.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹3,000. Flat rate of ₹99 for orders below ₹3,000.

Size Exchange
If your pair does not fit as expected, we offer a one-time size exchange within 15 days of delivery. The shoes must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging.
Returns
Because each pair is handcrafted to your order, we do not accept returns unless the shoes arrive with a manufacturing defect. In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Defective Items
If your shoes arrive with a defect, WhatsApp us with photos within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
